1. Who we are

UNIVERSAL RECONSTRUCTION LLC (trading as Z&H Tax Pros Software) is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: Zhvirtualassistant@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, login credentials.
  • Customer support data — messages, attachments, and correspondence you send us.
  • Usage and telemetry — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Device identifiers — IP address, cookie identifiers, session tokens.
  • Content you provide — information you enter into the Service in the course of preparing returns.

Payment card data is collected directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and is not stored by us.

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)

  • Create and manage your account and license — performance of a contract.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service — legitimate interests in operating and improving our product.
  • Provide customer support — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
  • Send service and transactional emails — performance of a contract.
  • Send optional marketing communications — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

  • Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd. — handles sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery subprocessors that run the Service.
  • Analytics and support tooling — service providers that help us understand product usage and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit advisers where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and, where you consent, for analytics that help us improve the product. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
