We stand behind Z&H Tax Pros Software. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order.
2. Follow the on-screen steps to request a refund, or
3. Email us at Zhvirtualassistant@gmail.com and we will help you through the process.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
